The Course
Rivermeadow Golf Club, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Westbrook, Maine. Westbrook, is a short drive from anywhere in the greater Portland area and the Lakes Region. Rivermeadow is a 9-hole, par 36 golf course with a maximum 9-hole distance of 3040 yards. The course sits on 70 acres on the banks of the beautiful Presumpscott River and it features a combination of par 3, par 4, and 2 par 5 holes, including the newly designed #2, a double dog-leg par five that is a treat to play. With 5 sets of tees, the challenge, at Rivermeadow, can greatly vary but the course is fair for all levels of play.
Rivermeadow Golf Club first opened for play in 1958. The course was designed by Rufas Jordan and William Flaherty.
